Over the past few years most of the counties in North Alabama have invested in computer based scanned imaging systems. Each county has chosen it’s own company and software to accomplish this change.
As a result every county now has its own intricacies based on how the information is entered and maintained. Because of this we have decided to specialize in Madison and Limestone Counties alone.
Should you be looking for title services in North Alabama, or anywhere in the US for that matter, be wary of those companies that purport to cover a multitude of counties. There is simply no way that one company can be expert in every county.
